Key Responsibilities
Strategic HCM Consulting
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions that align with business strategy
- Configure and optimize ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) to attract and hire top talent
- Deploy Oracle Learn solutions that drive capability development and competitive advantage
- Position HCM as a culture enabler rather than just technical system implementation
- Connect workforce development processes to organizational performance and business goals
Client-Facing Delivery
- Lead client engagements across Talent, ORC, and Learn modules
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Understand client business context and translate to HCM solutions
- Support and troubleshoot existing implementations
- Guide clients through change management and adoption challenges
Process Design & Optimization
- Design talent management processes that support core business objectives
- Create recruitment strategies and ATS configurations that reduce bias and improve outcomes
- Develop learning and development frameworks aligned with capability needs
- Design promotion and compensation processes that are fair and strategically aligned
- Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative solutions
Problem-Solving & Innovation
- Approach problems creatively and conscientiously

Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management
- 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Learn
- Proven track record of successful implementations and support
- Experience designing and optimizing HCM processes
Preferred Experience
- Oracle Fusion Compensation module experience
- Experience addressing bias in talent processes
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) design and configuration
- Cross-module integration experience
