The Role:
You will be the “visual hands” of the marketing team. You will work closely with senior consultants and leadership to turn raw ideas into polished assets. You will also help manage the overall marketing output as project sprints, building up your operational muscle.

What You Will Do:
• Presentation Design: Take rough slides and bullet points from our consultants and transform them into clean, professional, and visually engaging decks for global clients.
• Visual Content Creation: Design daily assets for LinkedIn, Twitter, and internal channels. You will be responsible for keeping our social media feed looking sharp and consistent.
• Information Design: Assist in creating charts, diagrams, and infographics for our white papers and books (like our Tiny Transformations series).
• Internal Branding: Help design creative communication for our employees, from welcome kits to internal newsletters.
• Learn & Adapt: Immerse yourself in the basics of B2B marketing – understanding what makes a visual “click” for a business audience.

Who You Are:
• A Trained Eye: You have a B.Des degree and a solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Tool Proficient: You are comfortable with modern tools like Affinity, Canva or Figma.
• Curious & Articulate: You can explain why you made a design choice. You are ready to learn about the tech/consulting industry.
• Detail-Oriented: You spot the misalignment in a slide or the typo in a graphic before anyone else does.
• Square Pegs: You don’t like being in a box and want to learn how business growth can happen across departments with creative and operational excellence
• Psychology-Driven: You are deeply interested in human psychology and love incorporating elements of user behavior in your work.
