Through their SecondSight methodology, they reduced cash conversion cycle from 62 to 38 days (a 24-day improvement) and unlocked $1.64 million in cash flow. The solution involved process mining, analytics tools (Foresight and Sage), and implementing Oracle enhancements, AI agents, and automated credit management. The approach focused on addressing key bottlenecks in invoice communication, collection cycles, and receipt application processes.
