Oracle Fusion Finance Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize finance business processes.
- Experience in handling complex functional scenarios and delivering effective solutions.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Experience interacting with senior finance stakeholders including VP Finance and CFOs.
- Ability to conduct detailed discussions, gather business requirements, and provide solution recommendations.
- Strong focus on ROI-driven implementation and value realization.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Passion for deep-dive analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to take ownership of challenges and deliver business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Educational Qualification
Candidates with any of the following educational backgrounds are preferred:
- CA
- CMA
- M.Com
- MBA in Finance
Additional Requirements
- Availability to join within 60 days.
- Valid passport is mandatory.
