Key Responsibilities
Core Consulting Delivery
- Lead Oracle HCM Payroll and OTL implementations and optimizations
- Provide deep technical and functional expertise across both modules
- Solve complex client challenges with creative, innovative solutions
- Design and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact beyond basic functionality
Client Engagement
- Serve as primary client-facing consultant for Payroll and OTL workstreams
- Build strong client relationships and understand their unique business contexts
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Challenge status quo and drive disruptive thinking in client engagements
Innovation & Experimentation
- Apply GenAI and emerging technologies to traditional HCM challenges
- Constantly experiment with new approaches to solve old problems
- Turn routine work into opportunities for innovation and learning

Qualifications
Required Technical Experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Payroll experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle HCM OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) experience
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of both modules
- Proven client-facing consulting experience
- Track record of successful implementations and problem-solving
Required Skills & Attributes

- Exceptional attention to detail (notices grammar, formatting inconsistencies)
