Key Responsibilities

Core Consulting Delivery

  • Lead Oracle HCM Payroll and OTL implementations and optimizations
  • Provide deep technical and functional expertise across both modules
  • Solve complex client challenges with creative, innovative solutions
  • Design and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact beyond basic functionality

Client Engagement

  • Serve as primary client-facing consultant for Payroll and OTL workstreams
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their unique business contexts
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Challenge status quo and drive disruptive thinking in client engagements

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Apply GenAI and emerging technologies to traditional HCM challenges
  • Constantly experiment with new approaches to solve old problems
  • Turn routine work into opportunities for innovation and learning
  • Contribute ideas for new service offerings and consulting approaches

Qualifications

Required Technical Experience

  • 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Payroll experience
  • 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle HCM OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) experience
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of both modules
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience
  • Track record of successful implementations and problem-solving

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention to detail (notices grammar, formatting inconsistencies)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
