Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations (40%)
- Lead all HR functions with psychological principles at the core
- Design employee-centric policies with high psychological value
- Provide counseling support to team members as needed
Marketing & Consumer Psychology
- Apply psychological principles to create value-driven marketing content
- Deepen understanding of user motivations and behaviors
- Move beyond traditional advertising to genuine consumer engagement
Change Management
- Partner directly with customers to develop human-centered change strategies
- Build change frameworks that understand real people, not theoretical “econs”
- Translate psychological insights into actionable business transformation
Culture & Environment Design
- Serve as culture custodian and guardian of organizational values
- Create behavioral nudges and environmental triggers that reinforce culture
- Balance high performance standards with psychological safety and ethics
Product & User Research
- Conduct user research and behavioral analysis for product development
- Apply psychological frameworks to build products users genuinely love
- Bridge the gap between user psychology and technical implementation
Strategic Consultation
- Advise leadership on psychological dimensions of business decisions
- Identify opportunities to apply psychological insights across the organization
- Evolve the role based on discovered opportunities and your unique strengths
Qualifications
Required
- Advanced degree in Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate)
- Minimum 3-5 years of applied psychology experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical applications
